R Street Institute is a Washington D.C. based think tank conducting free market research. The researchers have used a grading system and given a particular score to each of 52 major cities across the United States. As per the data Virginia Beach and Virginia are termed as the best vape friendly cities with A+ rating. Following the list are Arizona, Phoenix, Tucson and Mesa with A grades. Other than being vape friendly cities, all cities are good vacation spots too. Now the vapers know where to head for their next vacation.
The vapers of Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Seattle, and eight cities in California might not feel good as these cities are down the list with F grades. It clearly indicates that vaping policies and regulations in these cities are not vape friendly that have worsen with the bans and excise taxes.
